Unsubscribe and right to be forgotten

1. Unsubscribe from the newsletter

The quickest way: click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email you have received from us. It takes effect immediately.

2. Ask for my data to be erased (right to be forgotten, Art. 17 GDPR)

Send an email to contact@finances-independants.be with “GDPR erasure request” as the subject. Attach a copy of your identity document (which we will destroy as soon as it has been checked).

Processing time: 30 days maximum. If your request has already been passed on to an adviser or broker registered with the FSMA, we will also inform them of your erasure request.

3. Ask to stop being contacted for commercial purposes

If you have used a simulator or asked for a call back and no longer wish to be contacted, write to contact@finances-independants.be with “Stop commercial contact” as the subject. It takes effect within 7 working days, including with the adviser or broker to whom your request was passed on.
